Phaneuf opens grief and
bereavement library
Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is pleased to announce the latest addition to their Hanover Street location: A grief and bereavement lending library.

A quiet reading area has been designated and a variety of books are available at no charge to those interested in learning about adult and childhood grief, handling the holidays, suicide and sudden deaths and dealing with Alzheimer's as well as hospice care, planning memorial and funeral services.

For more information, please contact Phaneuf at 625-5777.

Memorial butterfly release available
Due to new New Hampshire laws concerning balloon releases, Phaneuf will discontinue that option and instead offer a butterfly release.

"A butterfly release is a unique and poignant way to commemorate someone's memory," said President Buddy Phaneuf. "It's a perfect way to celebrate someone's life and in a symbolic and natural way".

Those interested in including a release in a service can contact Phaneuf at (603) 625-5777.
